When Jesus noticed him lying there [helpless], knowing that he had already been a long time in that condition, He said to him, Do you want to become well? [Are you really in earnest about getting well?] John 5:6, AMPC
Don’t miss your season, when God has given you the green light to go. Once God presents us with an opportunity to improve our conditions, should we not make haste to take advantage. What has been stirring in your spirit and demanding to be released? You have been given a gift that will help to change the trajectory of your life. The calamities befalling this world are afflicting many of us, and we are pitching our tents, at a destiny fork in the road.
One path will lead to the streets of procrastination, despair, hopelessness, defeat, and discouragement. However, the other path will lead to streets of anticipation, optimism, hopefulness, victory, and encouragement. The choice is ours. One road will lead to death, while the other to life. Even if you find yourself on the wrong path, you still have a chance to begin again, because God’s faithfulness is anew to us each day.
Grace and mercy are waiting for you. Make up your mind that you will pursue what God has called you to do that will empower the lives of others. We need to see hope arise. We need to see the light of God’s glory in the land of the living. Will you be that light? Will you finally decide that “I will let my light so shine before others that they will see my good works and glorify my Father in Heaven”[a]. God has sent his angel and he is stirring the water, don’t miss your turn to be made whole.
